Terms and Conditions

Free Votes: Each user is entitled to one free vote per day. Free votes reset every 24 hours.

Boost Votes: Users may purchase additional votes (boosts) to support their favorite contestants. Once purchased votes are allocated, the transaction is complete. See Section 5 (Payments and Refunds) for refund and payment responsibility terms.

Vote Integrity: All votes are counted fairly and transparently. Any attempt to manipulate votes, create fake accounts, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension.

Boost votes may be purchased through the Pearly Beauties mobile application, website, or other channels we make available, using secure third-party payment gateways. By completing a purchase, you agree to the following.

Completion upon vote allocation: A payment transaction is considered complete and fulfilled once your payment has been successfully processed and the purchased boost votes have been allocated or credited as shown in the application (including to a contestant's vote total). At that point, the digital service has been delivered and the transaction cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded through us, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Your responsibility before payment: You are solely responsible for verifying the contest, contestant, vote quantity, price, currency, and payment method before you confirm a purchase. This includes checking that you are paying for the correct person and the intended number of votes. You should review all on-screen confirmations and receipts carefully.

No liability for payment mistakes: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pearly Aspira Labs is not liable for losses arising from errors you make when initiating a payment, including but not limited to selecting the wrong contestant, entering an incorrect amount, purchasing more votes than intended, duplicate payments, or using an incorrect payment account. Once votes have been allocated, we do not refund, claw back, or reassign votes because of user error, change of mind, or a request to cancel the transaction after completion.

Refunds and chargebacks: Except where required by law, all boost vote purchases are final and non-refundable. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for a completed transaction where votes were allocated may result in account suspension and other action permitted under these Terms.

General payment terms:

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees
• Payment processing, card storage, and related services are handled by third-party providers subject to their terms
• Technical failures before vote allocation may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; completed allocations remain subject to this section

An "Owner" is a user who hosts or operates a contest on the Platform. Owners are subject to these Terms as well as any separate written agreement or onboarding terms we provide for contest hosts.

Revenue sharing: The split of income, proceeds, or other financial distributions between the Owner and Pearly Aspira Labs (the "Company") for a given contest is not fixed by these Terms alone. The applicable percentages or amounts are agreed between the Owner and the Company for each contest or engagement before the contest goes live, and may be documented in writing (including by email or through the Platform).

Owner-initiated termination: If the Owner initiates termination of their use of the Platform or ends the hosting arrangement for a contest, a standard fifteen percent (15%) operational costs fee applies. This fee is added to the Company's originally agreed cut from that contest, so the Company's total share of contest income reflects both the prior agreement and this operational costs component.

Company-initiated termination and unlisting: The Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to terminate a pageant or contest, remove or unlist it from the Platform, and suspend or restrict related Owner accounts if the Owner or the pageant breaches these Terms, published Company policies (including host or community guidelines), or any separate agreement with the Company. Where practicable, we may provide notice, but we are not required to do so before acting when we reasonably believe an ongoing breach or harm requires immediate action.
